I am a BACP registered integrative therapist with many years experience in a whole range of areas including: relationship issues; divorce and separation; bereavement miscarriage and loss; abuse; stress anxiety and depression; self esteem and personal development issues around lone parenting. I work on a one to one basis with adults children and young people on a short or long term basis.

Your first appointment is important to us both as it will enable us to get to know each other. On your first session I will listen to you and explore your feelings. I endeavour to do this in a non-judgemental environment where you feel safe supported and respected. Together we can decide the best way forward to enable you to reach your desired outcomes. This might include discussing your childhood and past experiences including the many relationships you have formed throughout your life. Occasionally I may need to refer clients to a therapist with specialist experience and we can discuss this if it is appropriate.
