I am a qualified and experienced Sex and Relationship Therapist and I work with individuals and couples both privately and within the NHS.

My approach is integrative incorporating psychodynamic cognitive-behavioural systemic person-centred and humanistic models. This means I can focus on your particular issues or difficulties and help you identify how to deal with them and make the changes you want to. I adapt my approach in response to the client/s and what seems most appropriate to help them achieve their own aims. The relationship between client and therapist is of the utmost importance and I endeavour to provide a safe empathic non-judgemental environment where even the most intimate and personal issues may be discussed in confidence and safety.

I also run small groups on communication skills confidence building and self esteem and sex and relationship skills.

My fee is £50 per session.
