• Cornerstone is managed by two highly experienced therapist-supervisors who can offer advice and support
• Cornerstone is a peaceful and welcoming house adapted as therapy space with five counselling rooms
• Clients and Associates give positive feedback about the environment (we seek regular feedback)
• You will be part of a team of experienced private practitioners across a range of specialisms
• All Associates are vetted to verify qualifications, supervision arrangements and insurance
• You will remain a self-employed therapist, in charge of your own practice, but in a supportive environment
• Reception cover and support by qualified counsellor-receptionists and the Co-owners
• Reception/admin staff will take calls from your clients and help you manage your appointments if necessary
• Regular marketing undertaken
• We can provide you with some clients. A small charge is made for a referral
• A variety of drinks is provided free
• Regular Associates' Meetings and Online Forum for a sense of community and place for discussion and feedback
• In-house workshops by Associates for Associates at modest cost

If you would like to join us we particularly welcome applications from therapists who offer any of the following:

• An existing practice you would like to transfer
• A specialism or approach which complements what Cornerstone already provides
• A proactive approach to developing your own private practice
• Accredited status
• EAP work
• Other skills, e.g. training or supervisory experience
